Brightway will be hosting a job fair on June 11th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at our Jacksonville corporate office. We are seeking Personal Lines Associates to join our customer service training class. Participants are strongly encouraged to apply in advance. Pre-screens will take place before the event, and on-site interviews will be conducted during the event. If you cannot apply beforehand, a computer will be available for you to apply at the event.

About the Role

A Personal Lines Associate at Brightway provides a broad range of insurance-related customer service and business development support to our customers and agencies. Providing a high level of support with the goal of maintaining and strengthening those relationships. This role plays an integral part of the “face/voice of Brightway” and works with all levels of the organization to promptly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
