A Fayetteville, NC native, Jonelle comes to Brightway with more than 15 years of sales experience and understands the importance of providing superior customer service. She graduated from Elizabeth City State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration,  concentrating in Finance and Economics.

Jonelle is a dedicated wife and mother. She and husband Edric McLeod have two daughters and two Yorkshire Terriers. For fun, Jonelle loves cooking for her family and friends, traveling, enjoying live entertainment and working out.

One of the things she looks forward to most as a Brightway Agency Owner is making a difference in her community by educating families on how to protect what's important to them with the best insurance options at the best rates.
