Let's talk.Born and raised in nearby Franklin, John graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Internal Auditing and Real Estate Investing. He started R&O Energy in Lafayette with his business partner, Patrick Reesby, 15 years ago and remains a partner in the company today.
John has been married for 12 years to wife, Aimee, who together have three daughters: Lyla, Ella and Ally. For fun, he loves spending time with his family, hunting and saltwater fishing. The O’Niells moved back to South Louisiana from Shreveport six years ago and enjoy being closer to family and raising their girls where they have roots.
John is excited to sync up with longtime friend and high school classmate, Seppe Pusateri, also from Franklin, to bring more choices of insurance brands to their community.
Zach joined Brightway as Agency Manager in 2021. He came to Brightway with seven years of insurance experience and worked for an independent agency before joining Brightway.
Originally from Franklin, he has lived in Lafayette for more than 11 years. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Insurance and Risk.
Zach is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lafayette, which helps provide community service and financial support to children all around the Lafayette area. He and wife, Emily, have a son.
For fun, he loves to play golf, hunt and spend time with his family.

Jordan is a United States Marine Corps Veteran from Opelousas, La.
Jordan graduated from the University of Lafayette Louisiana with a bachelor of science degree in Finance. He started his insurance career during his college years and never looked back.
Jordan has been married for 5 years to his wife Kelli. They have two daughters, Hayden and Reese.
When Jordan is not helping people with their insurance needs, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and cooking.
