A Palatine native, Joe came to Brightway in 2021 with more than 15 years of sales and management experience. He understands and embraces the importance of providing exceptional service.
Joe loves spending time with his family and traveling. Janicki and his wife, Erica, have three children: Juliana, Mikala and Caden.
Being a resident of Lake Zurich, Joe enjoys building a business in the community that serves the people of Lake Zurich and surrounding areas.
Matt came to Brightway in early 2021 with 13 years of insurance experience. Prior to joining Brightway, he was an Agent with Allstate. As the son of a 43-year veteran Agent with Allstate, Matt says insurance runs through his blood.
Matt earned his Associates of Applied Science in Fire Science from Harper College in Palatine.
For fun, he enjoys discovering new musical artists, spending time with friends, throwing darts and an occasional barley pop.
As a Brightway Agent, he enjoys working with customers to understand their needs and putting together coverage that best meet those needs.
