Meet Your Coastal Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Raised in Fernandina Beach, Lauren  attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications.

With a knack and experience in sales and marketing under her belt, in 2014 Lauren joined Brightway at the corporate office in Jacksonville, Fla., where she served as Marketing Manager for four years. In this role, she was instrumental in establishing Brightway’s brand, helping Agency Owners champion the brand in their local communities and grow their business through purposeful marketing efforts.

Leveraging her sales and marketing experience with her working knowledge of the Brightway system, Lauren serves as the Agency Principal. In this role, she ensures smooth office operations and provides expert counsel on coverage so that every customer has a pleasant experience. As a Brightway Agency Co-Owner, Lauren loves helping her friends and neighbors get the coverage they need to protect their financial futures.

A long-time resident of Fernandina Beach, Fla., Jackson went to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics. 

Prior to opening a Brightway Agency, Jackson gained sales, customer service and management experience while working for a dental supply distributor for four years.   

With his drive and experience in competitive local sales, Jackson is poised to tackle the local market and provide agency growth.
