After retiring from her career as a Miami-Dade Law Enforcement Officer, Jacqueline opened an independent insurance agency. She chose to open a Brightway Agency so her customers could have access to dozens of carriers, giving them more choice.
Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. She stays involved in her community with God’s Amazing Grace Outreach Ministries in Miami Gardens. She is a member of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Florida Association of Independent Agents, National African-American Insurance Association and Miami-Dade Retired Police Officer Council.
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family and interior decorating.
Robin comes to Brightway with experience in agency ownership. She entered insurance after retiring from her career as a Miami-Dade Law Enforcement Officer. She chose to open a Brightway Agency to have access to over 50 carriers and ensure each customer gets the coverage they need at a price they can afford.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, and graduated from American Senior High School in Miami Lakes. She stays involved in her community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., where she participates in various community service projects. She is a member of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Florida Association of Independent Agents, National African-American Insurance Association and Miami-Dade Retired Police Officer Council.
In her free time, Robin enjoys interior decorating and spending time with her family.
