Meet Your Kolk Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Brandon comes to Brightway with over 12 years of insurance experience, including six years as an Agency Owner for a national insurance company. Within five years of starting his agency, he was awarded the esteemed Million Dollar Round Table national award. Brandon also received the Senior Vice Presidents Club, Honor Club, Honor Club Bronze, Ambassador Club levels 1, 2, 3 and exotic awards as well as the Chairmans Circle Award. He was a Circle of Wealth Master Mentor, the system's highest level of knowledge designation, for five years.

As a Brightway Agency Owner, Brandon looks forward to offering more choice of insurance brands to his customers. 

He and his wife Jenn have a son, Greyson, along with their cocker spaniel, Hudson. In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling with his family and snowboarding.  He also enjoys volunteering in the Colorado Springs area whenever he can, whether its cleaning up trails or streams after heavy rains or walking dogs at the humane society.

Jenn comes to Brightway with over 17 years of insurance experience, working in catastrophe claims and the corporate side of the industry. She graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, Ill., with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Business and Industrial Organization. 

Jenn and her husband, Co-Agency Owner Brandon, have a son, Greyson, and a cocker spaniel named Hudson. 

In addition to training and competing with Hudson, who is a competitve dock diver, the Kolks enjoy traveling, snowboarding and volunteering in their community, such as walking dogs at the local Humane Society and cleaning up trails and streams after heavy rains.

William grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and relocated to Colorado in 2017. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Dubuque and has been active in the insurance industry since 2018.

William is passionate about helping clients gain a clearer understanding of their insurance needs to ensure they are well-protected. He thrives on the challenge of finding the optimal solution for each unique situation, aiming to position his clients for future success.

In his spare time, William loves spending quality moments with his wife and dog, as well as exploring the stunning landscapes of Colorado.

With more than 12 years of experience in local government and public finance, Beth brings a strong foundation of expertise and a people-first approach to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California, equipping her with both analytical insight and a deep understanding of client needs. Passionate about helping others, Beth is committed to ensuring clients receive the highest level of service through a personalized, friendly, and efficient approach. She is known for her problem-solving mindset and enjoys supporting strategic planning initiatives that drive business growth and development. Outside of work, she enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, camping, playing classical piano, and cooking. She treasures her time with her wonderful husband, four children, and three dogs.

Brittany is a mother of three and the devoted owner of an emotional support Shih-Tzu named Ripley. She values an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors, prioritizing fitness through weight training and group exercise such as Zumba. These activities help her maintain energy, focus, and adaptability. She takes pride in her strong interpersonal skills, which have been a driving force throughout her professional career and continue to support her success in every role she takes on.

Hudson was born and raised in Colorado and loves the mountain, but he is a bona fide water dog and loves the beach too.  Hudson has been hiking with his parents, Jenn & Brandon, ever since he was a youngster.  Hudson enjoys traveling by car, train, or airplane and has many destinations stamped on his puppy passport.  Since it is not practical to leave the mountains and fly to the beach all the time during the winter, Hudson discovered Jasper’s Splash Zone.  It is here that he learned the profession of Dock Diving.  Hudson trains every weekend and competes in the Dock Diving event at the Go Pro Mountain Games in Vail, CO.  Hudson just loves it and he’s become quite the competitor. 

Hudson’s escapades continue as embarks on two new adventures:  obtaining his Canine Good Citizenship certification and becoming a big brother to Greyson, his little human brother.  The Good Citizenship Program is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community.  Hudson also takes his job at Brightway Insurance very seriously.  He goes to work everyday and greets customers while overseeing the other Brightway employees.  Hudson loves cheese, belly rubs, and having the ball thrown in the park behind the office too.  Hudson would love to meet you if you stop by for an insurance quote!
