Jim has owned his own construction business and comes to Brightway with more than a decade of experience at a captive agency, where he was an award-winning, top Agent. He opened a Brightway agency to merge his love of insurance and enjoyment of small business ownership. 

A Tucson resident for the past 20 years, Jim and his wife of five years, Brett, have a son and a dog. Jim serves as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. To unwind, he enjoys volleyball and karaoke. As a Brightway Agency Owner, he looks forward to building quality relationships in Tucson and nearby communities and becoming the trusted source where you can get expert counsel for all your insurance needs. 

Alejandra Hurtado has Lived in Tucson for 17 years and loves it! She’s been working in the Insurance industry for 7 years, and has a mortgage industry background that spans 4-5 years. Alejandra comes from a working family where they’ve helped each other to succeed. Honesty and Respect are the greatest values in her life. They were instilled in her by her parents, and she hopes to pass those same values to her children.
