A sixth‑generation Floridian with Scottish roots, Ryan spent nearly a decade in real estate before moving into insurance. He served in the Air Force Reserve and the National Guard, bringing discipline and commitment to his work. In 2012, he and his brother, Scott, launched their Brightway Agency to pair deep market knowledge with Brightway’s expansive carrier network—giving clients competitive, customized options and outstanding service. Ryan is known for a service‑first mindset and a passion for protecting what matters most to families. He’s married with two children and one oversized hound dog. Off the clock, you’ll find him fishing, boating, golfing, gardening, and enjoying beach days with his family. He’s also an avid Gator football fan.

Scott is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa, where he’s built a trusted network of professional partners. After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, he spent a decade in the home finance industry before teaming up with his brother to open their Brightway Insurance agency. Scott’s business thrives on repeat clients, referrals, and long-standing relationships—earned by delivering honest advice, competitive options, and world-class service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his son, biking, golfing, boating, and getting outdoors.

Melissa was born and raised in Fort Myers, FL, and attended Dunbar High School. She brings 13 years of customer service experience and has spent the past four years in Personal Lines insurance as a Licensed Processor. Known for her friendly, detail-oriented approach, Melissa enjoys helping clients navigate coverage with confidence. Outside of work, she loves traveling and going to soccer games with her wife, and spending time with their family. In her downtime, you’ll find her reading, watching movies, or crocheting.

Norine Cummings is a Licensed Producer & Account Manager with experience across Personal Lines, Life, Health, and Commercial insurance. Born and raised in Chicago for 25 years, she relocated to Florida two years ago. Before transitioning to insurance, Norine built a career in Criminal Justice and holds a degree in the field—bringing a detail‑driven, client‑advocacy mindset to every policy review. She’s passionate about simplifying coverage, finding savings, and making insurance easier for individuals and businesses alike. Outside of work, Norine enjoys time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and her two dogs. She’s a devoted hockey fan and a musician.

Aidan is a seventh-generation Floridian and a full-time business student at Florida Atlantic University who also works part-time in his family’s agency. In high school, he competed on the rowing team and was a state-ranked fencer. An avid sports fan, he enjoys basketball, football, and hockey. His family hopes he’ll choose to join the agency full time alongside his father and uncle after graduation.
